Reginald C. Ford is a retired U.S. Army First Sergeant with more than 20 years of military leadership experience and over a decade supporting government contractors in industrial security, personnel security, and compliance management.

As a trusted security professional, Reginald has managed security programs for numerous cleared defense contractors, providing expertise in Facility Security Officer (FSO) services, personnel security administration, DISS and NBIS management, security clearance processing, insider threat programs, and DCSA compliance requirements.

Holding a Master’s Degree in Security Management and a background in Military Intelligence, Reginald combines operational leadership with practical security expertise to help organizations maintain compliant, inspection-ready security programs while supporting mission success.

Today, through R.C. Ford Consulting, he partners with government contractors across the United States to deliver responsive, reliable, and results-driven industrial security solutions.
