R.C. Ford Consulting was founded on the belief that effective industrial security extends beyond compliance. We help government contractors build security programs that are organized, resilient, and prepared to meet the evolving requirements of the National Industrial Security Program.

The company's foundation is built on more than 30 years of security leadership and operational experience. Founder Reginald C. Ford is a retired U.S. Army First Sergeant with a background in Military Intelligence and more than a decade supporting cleared government contractors in industrial security, personnel security, compliance, and knowledge management.

Today, R.C. Ford Consulting partners with organizations across the United States to deliver Facility Security Officer services, industrial security consulting, and knowledge and process management solutions. Our mission is simple: strengthen security programs, reduce compliance risk, and help our clients remain focused on their mission.
